By booking and attending a session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS: Session Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of $75 is required to secure your session. The remaining balance (if applicable) is due before or on the day of your session. • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer, EFTPOS, or credit card. • Gift Vouchers: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Not redeemable for cash and cannot be extended.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: Client-Initiated: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the session. Session fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled session once, within 30 days. • Studio-Initiated: If a session must be rescheduled due to illness, emergencies, or weather conditions, we will offer alternative available dates.

IMAGE SELECTION & DELIVERY: Image Viewing: You will be invited to view and select your favourite images during a personalised consultation. • Final Images: Only images selected and purchased will be professionally edited and delivered. • Delivery Timeframe: Final digital images are typically delivered within 7 days. Custom artworks may take 4–6 weeks from image selection. • Changes or Replacements: Once images are selected and approved, no changes can be made. Any additional images must be purchased separately. • Payment for Orders: Full payment is required once your order is confirmed. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any special offer.

REFUND POLICY: Due to the custom nature of each image and artwork, all orders are final. Once an image or product is selected, we begin editing and customisation tailored specifically to your order. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind after an order is placed. Please choose carefully during your image viewing and ordering process.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE: Copyright: All images remain the property of EL & SU Portraits. Clients receive personal-use rights only for images they have purchased. • Studio Use: We may use selected images for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, portfolio), unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of booking.

SESSION CONDUCT: Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Sessions delayed due to late arrival may result in reduced shooting time. Children & Pets: Children must be supervised at all times. Please notify us in advance if pets will be involved in your session. • Wardrobe & Styling: Please arrive dressed and ready. Styling tips and guidance will be provided ahead of time.

LIABILITY: While we take every care to ensure a safe and enjoyable session, EL & SU Portraits is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred on the premises. In the rare event of data loss or equipment failure, our liability is limited to reshooting the session or refunding the session fee.

SATISFACTION POLICY: Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have any concerns about your session, service, or products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

PRIVACY: Your personal information is always kept confidential and is used solely to deliver our services. We will never sell or share your data with third parties.
